Rent ability
It's possible to rent the house on a weekly basis, at a price which can be found in the below calendar/scheme (sorry only in Danish but with English explanation). In low season special arrangements can be done for long term rentals (more than 3 weeks). during low season an extra electricity fee must be accepted. This will be based on actual consumption and deducted from the warranty deposit. At reservation time, the renter will receive a rental contract, and a French banc account number where the prepaid reservation fee can be paid. This has to be done within seven days from receival of the contract in order to make the reservation turn into a confirmed booking. If payment are registered at the account within seven days from the assumed receival of contract (outside Denmark 5 days from receival of reservation and change of status to reserved at the website). The booking is not final confirmed before we receive the signed contract and have returned a confirmation by mail. The reservation fee is 200 € per rental week.
Not later than 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period the rest of the rent has to be paid to our French banc account. At the same time, the renter sends a Banc Cheque payable at any European banc to our home address. The size of the Cheque should equal 2.000 Danish Kroner or 270 € The cheque serves as warranty deposit for the safe return of the rental. The Warranty Deposit is returned as soon as we receive the returned keys after end rental period. When we have received the rest of the rental fee, and the Warranty Deposit will we send You keys and practical information about the house (approx. 2 weeks prior to the rental begins).
When renting more week in a row, a discount of 10 % of the weekly rental price is offered for the weeks following the first week. E.g. 2 weeks in the high season costs € 1.235.
Rental period is from Saturday 1 PM to Saturday 11 AM
Towels dishcloths and bed linen has to be brought by the renter. It is not allowed to bring pets in the house. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces
The house should be left tidy and clean. Cleaning equipment is present in the house.

All prices includes electricity consumption. During low-season only up to
150 KWh per week eventual consumption exceeding this will be paid with € 0,1 per KWh
